How to be sure to have a great day

Post by jrineakter »

Hello dear friends and thank you for joining me for this new personal development video from Français Authentique. Today, I will try to share with you the key to having a good day. This is my promise of the day.

Obviously, there is nothing magical. I can't tell you: "If you do this, it's certain and certain, all your days will be perfect". We are not immune to bad news, we are not immune to a problem in our family, we are not immune to a tragedy. So, the idea is not to promise you the impossible and tell you "all your days will be beautiful", but it is to give you or share with you a tip, a key that will allow you to put all the chances on your side.

First of all, to understand this tip, and you will understand it immediately, it is important to keep in mind that there are two very important moments in our day. The two most important moments are the first minutes when you get up, when you wake up, you get up, the first minutes of your day, and of course, the opposite, when you are in your bed and you are going to fall asleep, just before falling asleep. These two moments are the most important moments of your day and I suggest you use them, these two moments, these two periods, to put all the chances on your side, to have a super nice day.

So, what I'm going to share with you now is a personal exercise. So, it doesn't mean that you have to do exactly the same thing, that you have to copy 100% of what I do. What I recommend you do is find your exercise, the exercise that will inspire you.

My exercise is really a mix between meditation, affirmations, visualization and even prayer, and it will be up to you to adapt it according to your beliefs. It helps me a lot. Since I've been doing it, I have an immense well-being compared to what I could have before.

So what I do, whether it's when I wake up... So I do it a few minutes after I wake up. Usually, it's the end of my morning routine. So I do it for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes before I go to sleep, at night. So after I read, I turn off the light, I close my eyes and I do this exercise. So it takes me 2 x 5 minutes a day. Well, I do this exercise, I close my eyes and I'm going to do 4 little things, I'm going to think about 4 things.

The first thing I'm going to think about is feeling gratitude, giving thanks... So, here, there's a belief part. I also made a video, which you can watch again, on the evolution of my faith. And again, as I said in this video, which I made in all humility and transparency, I'm not trying to convince anyone. Everyone really has to adapt this exercise according to their beliefs. So, this gratitude exercise, for me, is to thank God. For someone who is not a believer, it will be to thank the universe or something else.

But in any case I start with gratitude. Thanking God for the life I have, the fact that I am in good health, that my family is in good health, that we are happy, that we were lucky enough to be born in a country that gave us every opportunity. I thank him for the big things, which I just mentioned, but also for the little things. It can be… Today, if… In my evening gratitude, today, I received a message from one of my friends, whom I adore, thank you for that. Today, I ate a great dish, thank you to the person who prepared it. So, you see, you can really do it for little things, for big things. I really do it without forcing myself.

At one time, I said to myself: "Every day, I have to write down 5 things for which I feel gratitude." Today, I do it in a natural way, not forced. And it can be things, as I said, that are very small or things that are very big, like health for example. So, that's the first thing. I always start with that. It can take me 30 seconds, a minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, there is no rule.

Then I'm going to ask for three things. I'm going to ask to have, the first very important value for me, faith, faith in different things, as you're going to see. The first thing is faith in God.

So, again, I refer you to my video on the evolution of my faith, in which I shared my journey that was going to date to be a deist, as I explain in the video, and I'm still searching, and I'm still evolving. So, if you want to understand a little bit about my journey, you can follow this video.

And the idea is really to tell myself I have israel whatsapp number data confidence, I know that there is a higher being who wants my good, who will guide me, who will help me. So, I try, every day, to strengthen this faith and to ask precisely this creator to strengthen this faith for me.

I also ask him to strengthen the faith that I can have in myself, that is to say, to believe and be convinced that I can solve any problem that happens in my life, that I can act properly, therefore, to have confidence in myself and have faith in those around me. We are not alone, we are social creatures, we are surrounded by people, close and less close, and I try to ask to have faith in them. I am not a person who trusts easily by nature, therefore, I ask that this faith be brought to me, therefore, in God, in myself and in those around me. So, that is the first point: faith. Very very important to me.

The second point is serenity. Serenity is the opposite of anxiety, of stress. And so, I ask to have this serenity, already, when things are going well. For a long time, I had the tendency, even when things were going well, to be anxious, to say to myself, so, let's imagine: "Today, I'm having a great day with my family at the beach. It's the holidays, we're good" and my mind would turn to the future and push me to be anxious by saying: "Yes, but what happens if tomorrow you can no longer offer this lifestyle to your family? What will happen if, tomorrow, you no longer have enough time to do this with them?"
