For the "reflection" part of the day, well, I do a mental review. I told you, I have a post-it note on which I write my blocks, I write my peak of the day, well at the end of the day, I look at it and I look at each of the tasks. I do a little mental review. Did it go well, did it go badly? Was it well planned? Should I have done something else instead? So, it takes a few moments, it takes a minute.

Then I prepare the post-it for the next day. Sometimes I define the peak of tomorrow's day, sometimes I do it the next morning when I arrive, it depends.
