Use the Group Policy Editor

Post by Rina7RS »

Note: If the option to change where apps are downloaded is grayed out, you may receive a notification that says, "Some of these settings are managed by your organization." In this case, you will need to use the Group Policy Editor, as described below.

Another way to bypass Microsoft's "Trusted Apps" warning is to use the Group Policy Editor, but this will only work if you have Windows 11 Pro.

Use Win+Rthe shortcut to open the Run dialog box, then type your text gpedit.mscbefore pressing Enter.

Once the Group Policy Editor opens, navigate to the following iran telegram data folder using the folders on the left:
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Defender SmartScreen > Explorer

Double-click the Configure Application Installation Control option on the right to edit it.

Make sure the setting is set to Not Configured or Disabled, and then click OK.

Edit registry
You can also edit the registry to allow Windows to install unverified applications, but be sure to back up the registry first. Messing with the registry can cause a lot of problems on your system, and having a backup ready will help you avoid them.

Open the Start menu, type regditand click Run as administrator.
