In the case of social security contributions, R$290.6 billion are in the Executive Branch, R$36.7 billion in the Judiciary, R$10.6 billion in the Legislative Branch and R$5.4 billion in the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office. According to forecasts, personnel expenses should grow from R$337.5 billion in 2021 to R$343.7 billion in 2022.
R$135.4 billion is expected to be spent on public health actions and services. To reach this number, the Executive Branch considered that R$8.1 billion will come from mandatory amendments for health, that is, an instrument in which parliamentarians indicate projects and works that the government is obliged to execute. According to the PLOA, R$7.1 billion will be spent on fighting the Covid-19 pandemic , of which R$3.9 billion will be spent on the purchase of vaccines .
Education

The Union's contribution to the National Basic Education Fund (Fundeb) will be R$30.1 billion. The estimated budget for the demographic census is R$2 billion. Last year, the amount of R$135.5 million meant that the IBGE had to reschedule the census for 2022.
Electoral and party funds
Expenses with the electoral fund for this year's elections are estimated at R$2.1 billion – 4.5% higher than the R$2 billion in 2020. In the case of the party fund, the amount allocated was R$1.6 billion.
