Share a story while being identified

If your personal Instagram account is mentioned in a business account's story, Instagram may allow you to add it to your own story.

Open Instagram and go to your private messages.
Select the notification that you've been mentioned in a story.
Tap “Add this story to yours” .
Personalize your story by adding a sticker, a Boomerang, or filling the background with color.
Tap “Share” to post the story to your personal account.
