Who is the client?
Rusplitka is one of the largest ceramic tile stores that delivers goods all over Russia. You can choose tiles online or come to the showroom, there are two of them now. The store works with wholesale and retail customers.

Problem: traffic from Yandex.Market has dropped
We have been working with Rusplitka since 2018. We started with the task of setting up contextual advertising , increasing requests and the company's turnover.

In December 2019, traffic from Yandex.Market dropped and sales decreased. And bank data Market is the main source of traffic and orders for the store. We agreed with the client that we would develop recommendations for the Market price list. And the result will be assessed by the number of orders received through the site and calls via call tracking.

We needed to increase the reach of users who see the store tile in the Market. To do this, we audited the store's price list and found two growth points: work on the product feed and delivery terms.

Developing product parameters in the store feed. The most convertible audience is those users who apply many filters when searching for products. For example, they select the purpose of the tile, the area in the package.

We needed to work out the feed so that when filtering, potential buyers would see as many Rusplitka products as possible. We drew up a detailed technical specification for improvements for the client's developers, it looked like this:
