Using UserFeedback, you can improve your website based on user input, increase customer satisfaction, and address any issues promptly.

First, you need to install and activate the UserFeedback plugin . If you don't know how to install a plugin, you can follow our guide on how to install a WordPress plugin .

Once you have activated UserFeedback on your website, you can start creating your first survey form. From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to UserFeedback ” Surveys ” Create New .

Once this is done, you will access the “Configuration” section.

With UserFeedback, you can start from a blank page with the “Start from scratch” option or use a oman telemarketing data ready-made template. In this guide, we will use the “Website Feedback” template.

To choose the template, simply click on it.

Note: While there is a free version of UserFeedback , you can upgrade to the premium version to unlock more templates, access more question types, enable targeting and behavior settings, and more. In this tutorial, we will use UserFeedback Pro.

So, let’s change the text. In this example, we’ll change the label “Website Feedback” to “Do you have any feedback?”.

Then, you can click the 'Question Type' drop-down menu to choose how visitors can answer this question. In this example, we will choose “Single Text Field”.

Afterwards, you can change the question to “Name”.
