Of course, there are certain specifics, determined by the structure of the population, its demographic characteristics, the structure of the economy, etc. But such specifics exist both within Russia and within Kazakhstan. It seems to me that in Kazakhstan now economic life and consumption are concentrated in the largest cities of the country to an even greater extent than in Russia.
