This feature is only accessible by administrators on an account and can be located by visiting the Settings Page and accessing Module Layouts and Fields in the Manage Modules column.

Once the admin is in the Module Layout and Fields, they will need to select the module they want to work with (Case, Contact, Agreement, etc.), then click on the Dependent Fields/Blocks tab.


How to use the Dependent Block/Field feature
Once the Block/Field Dependencies tab is selected, administrators can begin creating their own dependencies to meet the needs of their sales, support, and marketing processes. They can also view all existing Field and Block dependencies created for the module they selected.


To create a new Dependency, the administrator needs to europe cell phone number list click on the “+ New Dependency” button. From there, they can select the Field or Block they want to implement depending on the Conditions they have selected. The Conditions created, when met, will determine when other Users can access the selected Field or Block.


Next, the administrator will need to choose what type of access the user will have when the Field or Block is accessible. They can choose between:

After clicking Save, the Dependency will take effect for all users and will be added to the list of existing Dependent Fields/Blocks.

Another option that the Administrator has is to edit or delete existing Dependencies. Both can be done by hovering over the existing Dependency Fields/Blocks and clicking the Edit (Pencil Icon) or Delete (Trash Can Icon) button.
