Finally, while chatting with your customers, if they suddenly ask you to join a call to tell you the problem they are facing with the product they purchased from you, you can generate a link from the Live Chat Module and share it from the chat window.

Vtiger CRM also gives you the option to delete scheduled meetings. Or if you don't want to use the JioMeet app anymore, you can also disable it.
