Before you start a call , or between calls, take the time to regain your energy. Your smile on the phone must be heard, and you must adopt the most confident sales posture possible to perform well and therefore stay motivated.

Grab a good coffee, go relax on a break or clear your mind, do some breathing exercises, meditation, or stretching... In short, find your " safe place " , that place where you become again the strong and inspiring salesperson you dream of being on every prospecting call. Only then can you pick up the phone.

Keep your prospecting file up to date

After your prospecting sessions, or once a week, debrief together on what you've accomplished. In doing so, you'll spot areas for improvement or simply be able to congratulate each other.

Also note that the sales manager also has a huge role to play in this regard: he must give you recognition, congratulate you, and coach you on a daily basis in the face of this difficult mission!
