Unless you want to pay for the Premium or Enterprise plans, you can't set up logins for different users, and this can make managing a small team for small senders difficult. It is not an advanced automation system . There are tons of email automation possibilities, but if you want to do elaborate autoresponders (and I guarantee you will/need to) it won't lend itself to 90% of the cases.
