In all other cases, when another CRM or more than one database is working in the project, it is necessary to load information from a file. Let's look at all 3 steps of this process.

client_ids, phones, emails, phones_md5, emails_md5 (at least one is required) – user identifiers that allow you to associate a specific person with a purchase. The formation and transfer of ClientID lists from CRM is described in detail in this help . The format of email addresses should be standard (with @ and only lowercase letters). When the same user has several emails, enclose them in quotation marks and write them one after another, separated by commas, without spaces. It looks something like this: "[email protected],[email protected]". Specify phone numbers without the + sign before the country code, without spaces or hyphens. The md5 mark in email and phone identifiers indicates that the data is hashed in this format. The original formatting remains the same as described earlier.
