Page address /contacts/ or /kontakty/
In the site menu, indicate a link to this page with the text "Contacts"
On the page, create a text heading: Contacts "Company name"
Specify the address in the format: Postcode, City, Street, House
Specify a city phone number in the format: +7 (city code) number digits
