However, the free version of WP All Import only allows you to import a CSV file from your computer. In our opinion, this is sufficient for most WordPress blogs and websites.

To do this, click on the “Upload a file” button and then select the CSV table you want to import.

WP All Import can create a new post for each row in your table or add the table data to existing posts on your WordPress site.

Since we want to create a new draft for each post idea, click on “New Posts”. Then just open the “Create New” dropdown menu and click on “Posts”.


WP All Import will now show how many new posts will be created and what data will be added to each post. You can scroll through these posts by clicking the arrows to preview the import.

Reviewing your spreadsheet import
