New vector of development and a new company
Due to disagreements with my partner, I had no choice and left the first company in 2024, after 8 years, and founded a new company — Trade System. Since the conflict had been brewing for a long time, I had been thinking through a backup strategy in advance. A couple of weeks before my work in the previous company ended, I started contacting our key partners to explain the possible upcoming situation and request cooperation agreements for the new company. It was hard, but I was able to realize the fact of losing the company and accept it.

I would be able to begin to implement everything that I had not managed to implement before.
As for personnel? Part of the team followed me to the new company. We were able to quickly assemble another part, since many acquaintances, having learned about what happened, offered help and their services. Therefore, due to social connections, we did not experience a personnel shortage and were able to immediately begin full-fledged work.
Today, Trade System is built on a unique model: free training and provision of capital for trading. The company focuses on educating professionals, creating opportunities for people from a variety of fields. The main principle is trust and long-term cooperation. I am sure that honesty is the basis of success. The company does not require investments from its traders, but instead invests in their development. An effective risk management system allows the company to minimize losses and focus on growth.
As of December 2024, the company's turnover reached 27.7 billion rubles. New traders join the company, and everything is just beginning.
