Online refunds – If you currently use L&Z and need to issue a refund, you’ll need to do that outside of the system. With this new integration, you can issue the refund via LoveAdmin and the funds will get sent back to your customer’s card. Simple.

Step 1 – Book your slot to switch
Step 2 – Setup a PayPal business account and connect it to your LoveAdmin account (it takes just minutes)
Step 3 – Whilst you continue to process payments via Direct Debit, ask your customers to login to their online account and add their card details
Step 4 – Once all, or the majority of customers have signed up, change your payment preference in Loveadmin to PayPal
