Bitter experience successful launch: how we created the product
Before launching the direction in the form in which it exists now, we tested 2 essentially different products:

The concept was this: the company hires a specialist, and we train him how to enter the right market with his product and successfully develop sales.

We took on the implementation of one project to launch on 3 platforms at once, setting aside two months for implementation. But the process dragged on and took almost five months. It became clear that the product was not fully formed and required serious adaptation to the client's processes, which had to be done in the process. It was impossible to take this into account.




The essence of the product: we analyze the sites, the client's business and give recommendations on the exit. During the implementation, we saw that not all forecasts were correct. For them, a minimum entry threshold was made depending on the products they enter the marketplace with. This product took off, and we received more than 10 sales. The development of the project on the platform implies long-term cooperation, in the process we can introduce different groups of goods, increasing turnover.
