Tracking pixels
These are other tools that every company should have installed on their website.

Tracking pixels (tracking codes) are pieces of code that we receive, or rather create, within a specific advertising platform. For example, Facebook or Google.

Then we install these tools on our website:

using integrators or plugins (in the case of tools such as WordPress),
directly in the code – by yourself or by the programmer.
Why do we need these codes?

Because then such a tool is able to identify every person who enters our site, germany rcs data under this one specific account – regardless of whether it is a Google account, Facebook or another platform. Of course, we will not receive personal data, but only information about the number of such users. We can then use this data for remarketing.

This means that anyone who lands on our site can later see ads in various corners of the Internet. From Facebook to Google to other partner sites. This is done thanks to the appropriate tracking codes found on our site.

This is the basic thing I often tell companies with low traffic or a small advertising budget. I encourage them to start their journey with paid advertising by:

upload your tracking codes to the website,
configure them properly,
wait a week, two weeks, a month or as much time as is necessary to gather the appropriate group size (usually at least several thousand people for a given medium),
and then start a simple remarketing campaign, targeting those people who previously had no chance to see these ads.
