Incidentally, there is a legal

Post by asimj1 »

In all votes there are losers and frustrated people. But I have never seen a review in which the stage was given mainly to losers. I am a staunch advocate of a communication culture in which opinions and opposing opinions are exchanged in a tough but fair manner. Nevertheless, I am also concerned with appropriate proportionality.

One-sidedness I would have trouble if, for example, on May 1st it was mainly employers and union critics who were given the opportunity to speak. Labor Day is the switzerland rcs data worker's holiday. Of course, critical thoughts are also allowed on this day of taking stock - but this day belongs solely to the workers.

It bothers me just as much when on the birthday of the Swiss Confederation (1 August) critics of our state can badmouth our entire state at the microphone. Even on this holiday, critical thoughts should have a place. The frustrated, the critics and the dissatisfied should not be given the vote on this day of joy. If something extraordinary were to happen on a voting Sunday - as with the minaret or the deportation initiative - many voters would have been more interested in how this result came about.
