Depending on the size of your team, you may need to divide into smaller groups. I recommend 3-5.
You may be tempted to take more than an hour, but in my experience, that doesn't work. The pressure of solving a problem in a limited time can help boost creativity.
This meeting is one of the most effective ways my team practices vulnerability so that creativity flows freely. The structure is such that each team member has a way to provide and receive feedback. My experience has been that each analyst is open to new ideas and listens carefully to understand ways they can improve and grow as analysts. This step is not for the faint of heart. If you have difficulty asking someone to QA your work or presenting a site audit to your team, you may find this the most difficult task.

Once a year, I have a special meeting with my team. The purpose of the meeting is to provide a safe space where my employees can share feedback about me with their colleagues. At this meeting, the team meets without me and anonymously fills out a worksheet that tells me what I should start doing, what I should stop doing, and what I should do.
