Does it add value to your life?

Post by jrineakter »

Right now, I'm reading a book on nutrition. I think the title is The China Study . I think that's it. I started it yesterday. So, it's a book on nutrition. I'm trying to apply it directly, so I'm writing down what I'm going to apply, I'm extracting actions. I did the same thing with the book I talked to you about a lot in the last episodes, The Chimp Paradox , where I wrote down ideas like that. It can be linked to investment, lifestyle, but really learning through applied reading.

Then, this is more new, this last part, it is still being tested, we will say in beta testing as the developers would say, but it is a part of applied learning but via motivation, via content from entrepreneurs who solve problems every day, big problems, or politicians who are used to managing crises, really motivation, solving leadership problems, management, all these things. And so this, it can be either via a book, or via YouTube videos, but it is still under study. The first weeks are promising, but I want to wait before making a final decision.

That's the key for you, what you have to remember, that's going to be it, because the idea is not at all that you copy my routine, we don't have the same lives, so it's better that you have denmark whatsapp number data your own routine and I know that mine will change again. You see that what's important is first, already, to have a morning routine. I can only encourage you to test it. You have to test it because it's not for everyone.

I talk about it in a YouTube video that explains… You can search for it on the Français Authentique YouTube channel. I explain that you don’t have to get up early to succeed. So that seems obvious, but in any case it’s something to keep in mind. So, you can test it. Does it work for you? Does it help you?

Then, the major weight is to know why, what is your objective. For me, it gave me a lot of clarity to have this objective, these three objectives that I described to you earlier. The idea is really that you spend time defining what your objectives are. Why are you going to have a morning routine? If it's to impress others, useless. If it's to relax, great. Read. If for example your passion is reading, you don't have time to read during the day and you think that it's the only time during which you will be able to read, well read, do that, use your morning routine for that. The idea is really to have an objective and to build your routine around that.

Set yourself rules. That's super powerful too. It can be like me, simple, no distractions, or it can be something else. It's really, in my opinion, very variable. On the other hand, the pleasant side, I was looking to have a pleasant routine, that seems very important to me. And finally, be flexible. Like me, tell yourself: "OK. If it works, it's good; if it doesn't work, I'll change. It's not a big deal." Because, in my opinion, you have to keep this flexibility.
