Such addresses are of course suitable for personal emails of individual employees who communicate through them in the form of one-on-one dialogue , but they are not at all suitable for mass sending of marketing messages.

A safe bet is to name the email address and sender name according to what the mailbox is used for.
You can send customer support messages from addresses such as "support@názevfirmy.cz" or "podpora@názevfirmy.cz", while the newsletter from "newsletter@názevfirmy.cz", etc.
In such a case, the sender's name field may contain "Customer Care at Company Name" or "Newsletter" and the title of the current issue attached to it.
No more no reply
Now you know why you shouldn't use no reply emails and what your alternatives are. But don't forget that marketing is about personalizing your approach to potential, current and former customers. So show them in every possible way that you want to communicate with them and are there for them, not the other way around. Only then can your email marketing be truly successful.
