Teleworking is a possibility that offers many advantages, but it also needs to be as orchestrated as possible.
When we used to mention the word Teleworking , our mouths watered dreaming that one day, the boss on duty would agree to give us this “elixir” so we could better balance our professional and personal lives.
Now that the circumstances of Covid-19 have “forced” us to do so, we should take into account a series of tips for teleworking:
1-. List of digital tools
First of all, I recommend that you make a list of the digital tools that you think you might need.
If there is one good thing about the “network of networks” , it is that there are countless programs, apps and tools that can replace traditional methodology.
If you are a teacher, for example, there are video conference rooms such as Zoom, Google Hangouts Meet / G Suite , etc. that will allow you to parameterize your classes.
But there are many more tools:
Slack: allows you to maintain chats list of telegram users in indonesia between teams, areas, departments, etc., with great ease of file transmission.
Telegram: although we see it as WhatsApp, it has greater security, it will allow you to send more files, and one more advantage, I recommend that you use this communication tool for professional matters, leaving WhatsApp for personal matters, so you will know when a notification is really important during work hours…
Google Drive: This is probably the best known; cloud storage will allow you to create folders by department, use spreadsheets in real time and with automatic saving, download information, in short, work in real time without the need to send anything, all under the same platform.
We Transfer: This is another application that I use almost every day. It allows you to send large files, specifically up to 2 Gb in its free version. The method is simple, you just have to enter who is sending it (email), to whom, subject… even a message if you have to do it. In addition, you can now “encrypt” messages with a password, in order to make the file transfer more secure.
Trello: Through different boards, you can organize the actions you consider appropriate. Each task has a card, and this allows you to add links, deadlines and content to carry it out. It even allows you to mention which member you want to apply a task to.

2-. Plan your day
I know you do this every day, but when you're out of the office, distractions multiply.
Plan your actions and set a realistic timeline . You have to take into account that you probably have a family, children, etc. and that at some point you will have to help around the house.
Planning should include breaks that allow you to do small household chores, but always set production goals so that the day is truly effective.
3-. No distractions
Even if they have planned their teleworking day, they will not have “Big Brother's eye” watching them, which is why they may be tempted to “skip planning” .
