Improve the SEO positioning of your e-commerce

Post by arafatenzo »

SEO optimization for an e-commerce is essentially no different from that of any other site, but some peculiarities typical of online shops must make us pay more attention to certain aspects, rather than others.

When it comes to SEO for e-commerce, some things must necessarily be set up and optimized, and others must be checked and corrected.

Among the aspects to be taken into priority consideration:
Creating original descriptions for individual products
Correct choice of keywords: product names, categories, theming and localization
“Talking” URLs: with indication of category and product name
Meta tags (some things never change!)
Image Optimization
Internal and external links to products
Site response speed
Mobile Site
When you do SEO for e-commerce, check carefully:
Duplicate content
Correct indexing
The navigation
Management of Out of Stock Products
Product descriptions must be original kuwait phone number and, in my experience, this alone should be enough.

A few years ago I took charge of an e-commerce site for a migration from Joomla 1.0 to 2.5.

The site was perfectly positioned, even though nothing had been done from a strategic point of view, no SEO optimization for e-commerce, URLs not rewritten, there was even an intro page with two buttons: Go to the site , Go to the shop .

Yet the site was positioned very well, so much so that they turned to me precisely out of fear of losing that positioning.

After an initial observation, and after overcoming the moment of confusion (because I really didn't understand how it was possible), I noticed that the happy positioning of the e-commerce was all linked to the product sheets, almost 2000, all with original photos and descriptions .
