The previously introduced new search functionality – Graph Search – is also integrated into the new design. During his introduction, Zuckerberg also mentioned that currently 30% of posts in users’ newsfeeds come from Facebook brand pages, rather than friends. Facebook has listened carefully to this criticism and has incorporated this – among other things through the filter functionality – into the renewed news feed.
