Intention (Willingness to Work on Emotions): The second step is to have a clear intention, that is, a genuine desire to work on your emotions. Without this will, any effort at emotional management will be superficial.
Immersion (Constant Practice): Finally, immersion refers to the continuous practice of managing emotions. Like any skill, emotional management requires constant training. Professor Bruno shared practical examples of how to deal with emotions such as sadness, anger, fear and joy, always in a balanced and non-judgmental way.
